The nearest airport is Dubai International Airport, which is 11 kms away from the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This property is a registered holiday home apartment; it is also a serviced apartment but not a standalone hotel. All guests are required to provide photo identifications or passport copies at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to facilitate check-ins. All units are provided to our valuable guests in a neat and serviced order, any additional housekeeping services during guest stays can be arranged upon client’s request at an additional cost. The community strictly prohibits any laundry being placed on the apartment balconies and storing of garbage bags outside the apartment doors.
