Ideally located just 50 metres from the beach, Pacific Resort Broadbeach offers spacious apartments and a heated outdoor swimming pool with a hot tub. All apartments include a large private balcony. Each of the 1 and 2-bedroom apartments at Pacific Resort Broadbeach features a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Pacific Resort Broadbeach has an outdoor gazebo area with landscaped gardens and barbecue facilities. Guests can relax on the half-size tennis court or at the sauna. This Gold Coast resort is surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and shops. There are several world-class golf courses within 10 km of the resort. Pacific Resort Broadbeach is a 5-minute walk to the Gold Coast Convention Centre. The Gold Coast’s theme parks are 30 minutes’ drive away. Guests may experience construction noise from neighbouring sites between 6:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays, with occasional activity on Saturday mornings. Additionally, the Sandpiper building, located on the eastern (beachside) side of our property, is scheduled for demolition from February to August 2026 as part of a redevelopment project commencing in 2027. During the demolition phase, intermittent noise will be noticeable. We appreciate your understanding as Broadbeach continues to grow, bringing with it exciting new developments for the area. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
