Our Wellness Spa includes indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and gym. Zermatt is a Car-Free village. PLEASE NOTE: we are currently undertaking some renovations in our hotel. Some rooms may have limited access to balcony and Matterhorn view. Our smoking lounge and Restaurant LEntrecôte remain closed until early December 2026. Please note that the shuttle service is available between 7:00 and 20:00. Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
