Benidorm’s Terra Mítica Theme Park is around an hour’s drive away, and there are 3 golf courses within 5 km. You can drive to Murcia Airport in 15 minutes and Alicante Airport in 45 minutes. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the persons ID and credit card. please note that from 2nd December 2024 under Spanish law, all reservations have to supply address details and mobile phone number, and on arrival, all passports have to be photocopied. we cannot accept bookings without these details.
