The gallery-style restaurant offers contemporary dining using the very freshest local vegetables and produce, fish straight from the sea and Cornish made cheeses alongside exotic foods and wines from around the world. In addition to exhibiting in the bistro there are also prints and other works of art on display from both local and international artists in the bar, reception and sunlounge.
