Goldener Löwe

Against the backdrop of the Mountains 'Wilder Kaiser' (2,344 m) and 'Kitzbühel Horn' (2,000 m), the popular holiday resort of St. Johann in Tirol lies in a wide, sunny valley, where at a height of 670 m it benefits from a healthy climate. It is located right next to the pedestrian precinct and village centre, and within easy walking distance of the train station. The traditional 110-room ski resort hotel stands in the centre of the pretty village of St. Johann in Tirol. Almost as soon as guests arrive, it will become clear that the hotel prides itself on Tyrolean friendliness and outstanding hospitality. Guests are welcomed into the lobby where lifts provide access to the guest rooms. Creature comforts are taken care of by the pub, bar and restaurant, while the hotel's own club provides the perfect evening entertainment. All rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and radio, and some have balconies with breath-taking views. A combination of central and individually adjustable heating and air conditioning ensures optimal comfort. The most suitable accommodation for families are the rooms in the guest house or the deluxe rooms. Facilities in the health spa include a steam room, sauna, infra red cabin, and spa and massage treatments (for an additional charge). The day begins with an extensive breakfast buffet. In the evening, half-board guests can choose from a mouth-watering 3-course menu, or from the salad buffet. Choose a wine from the excellent selection of fine vintages. Menus are creative and varied, ranging from top quality regional food to international specialities.
