Construction Schedule & Expected Impact: Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. During these hours, guests may experience the following: Demolition activities—jackhammering, wall removal, and pounding Power tools—drilling, sawing, and sanding Material handling—furniture movement, heavy-object drops, and debris removal Structural work—drilling, installation of plumbing/electrical systems, and flooring work Worker presence—increased construction traffic, noise, and activity in common areas Guest Impact Mitigation Efforts To minimize disruption, guest rooms will be placed on floors where no work is being conducted, with buffer floors added to reduce noise as much as possible. Additionally, the hotel is partnering with a neighboring hotel to provide the guests with access to the pool facilities throughout this period. - Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach is embarking on an exciting journey to elevate and enhance the overall guest experience. To keep guests well-informed, the hotel would like to share a series of preliminary property enhancements, along with the anticipated impacts: Effective today through Q1 2026 – The Facade Work is taking place and is undergoing exterior wall repairs and repainting. November 3 to 30, 2025 – Pool Deck Restoration will be conducted, and so the pool will be temporarily closed during this period. To ensure a seamless experience, Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach is partnering up with nearby hotels to offer guests access to their pools. Beach access will remain fully available. November to December 2025 – Pool cabanas will be unavailable while undergoing enhancements during and after the pool renovation. ***Please note that the dates are subject to change. While these essential enhancements may result in some temporary inconveniences, the hotel remains committed to upholding the highest standards of comfort and service, inviting guests to enjoy signature amenities throughout their stay. Full food and beverage program remains available, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner in both the restaurant and lobby bar. Beachside service also continues, including lounge chairs and food and beverage selections, with the added courtesy of complimentary beach umbrellas for each guest room. To maintain an uninterrupted stay experience, all enhancement work will be paused on key dates, including Art Basel, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
