Dear Guests, UPDATE: Finishing State - Building Décor & Landscape of Neighbour’s Low Rise Condominium Project Our neighbour has finished the low-rise building construction at the plot of land next to Let’s Sea Hua Hin Al Fresco Resort. Only behind our resort lobby, they are continuing to complete the 6-7 floor building. Phases of Works, Noise Disturbance & Time Frames: - Most of works are architectural décor of the building exterior and interior furnishing. These causes no or minor disturb; only occasionally Level 2-3. -Just behind the lobby plot, the construction continues with precast floors and walls and will have finished by March 2026. – Minor noise disturbs in the lobby area (Level 2) and randomly Level 3-4. Remarks: Scale of noise from Level 0-5 for reference.
