If you are planning a wedding, you can use the in-house registry office in the conservatory of the manor house to get married with a lake view. Gut Gnewikow is an ideal base for exploring the lakeland Ruppin countryside. It is a 10-minute drive from Neuruppin the birthplace of the novellist Theodor Fontane, a 30-minute drive from roman-tic Rheinsberg and a 1-hour drive from the garden exhibition in Wittstock.
