The Hideaway at Windermere

Just 550 metres from Windermere Railway Station, in the town centre, the Hideaway at Windermere provides modern bed and breakfast accommodation with stylish rooms and great service. Ambleside is just 10 minutes drive away and Kendal is a 15-minute drive from the property. Check-in is strictly from 15:00 to 19:00. The Hideaway At Windermere requests that all guests provide an expected arrival time at the time of booking. Arrivals after 19:00 will be treated as a no-show and will be charged in full, as per cancellation policy. Please note that The Hideaway has a strict non-smoking policy. Guests will be asked to vacate the room immediately if evidence of smoking is found, and a minimum charge of GBP 200.00 will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the reservation, to cover all additional cleaning and dry cleaning costs. Bookings for 3 rooms or more cannot be accepted. Please note, there is no lift at the property, and as a result it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
