Villa Gardenia is a beautiful home, recently built in 2002, it boasts being one of the newest and most modern, it was designed as a B & B, having 4 large bedrooms, a private front door entrance for all our guests. Each room has a queen sized bed, its own 4 piece en suite bath, a sitting area consisting of electric fireplace, with 32" large screen TV and DVD player, with a large selection of DVDs. All rooms are air conditioned and have free WIFI. Begin your day by enjoying a hot, homemade, delicious full breakfast in our well appointed Dining Room, which has 4 individual tables or can be configured to suit your needs. The property consists of free onsite parking, a newly installed backyard garden patio, with large patio table and a sitting area under large new gazebo, all there for your enjoyment to relax with a good bottle of wine, after a busy day of seeing the many sights and scenery the area has to offer. . Villa Gardenia Bed & Breakfast is located in Niagara Falls, adjacent to the Niagara Parkway. Free WiFi access is available. An en suite bathroom is featured in each guest room at Villa Gardenia B&B.
