Solitude B&B on Aveley Ranch

Aveley Ranch was homesteaded by the owners grandfather in 1906. The Heritage Cabin was the first general store in the valley. In 1914 it became the ranch workers bunkhouse and in 2001 it was renovated by a grandson who later lived in it with his young bride. Your stay will be accented by authentic ranching all around you. Whether you observe the milking of the dairy cow in the early morning, help bottle feed lambs, get in on a sheep move or talk to the family horses there is authentic ranching and pastoral life near your accommodation. Situated on North Thompson River, this B&B is 5 km away from seasonal horse riding at Shook Ranch. On-site bicycle rental is available. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen.
