The inn has a 24-hour front desk. It takes 1.5 hours by boat from Mersing Jetty to get to Kampung Genting Jetty on Tioman Island, and a further 3-minute walk to reach the inn. Impian Inn is a 25-minute boat ride from Tekek jetty. Rooms come with a balcony, with select rooms offering sea or garden views. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided.
