La Grange was originally an old barn which belonged to the farm next door.It was converted about 40 years ago and has become a warm friendly home where we have lived for 11years - we are originally from Hastings in East Sussex. Our business is small but beautiful we have no staff we work together as a team (team GB) - to offer a home from home here in rural France. We are perfectly placed as a stopover,weekend or longer getaway destination and we also cater for visitors to the region here on business. We welcome pets of all shapes and sizes and we have 2 beautiful and very friendly Pyrennean Mountain dogs and 2 bossy cats. So if you like relaxing by a log fire on cold winter nights or eating alfresco by candlelight on warm summer evenings - this is the place to be. We are open all the year including the Christmas holiday season including 25.12 and 31.12 - The Grange offers rooms set in an 18th-century farmhouse located in Mureaumont, in the Picardie region, a 35-minute drive from Beauvais Tillé Airport. It features a large garden and free Wi-Fi is provided. The guest rooms are located on the top floor, each individually decorated and featuring visible wooden beams. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor, reserved for guests. A continental breakfast is served daily, and an English breakfast is available on request. On reservation, you may also enjoy other meals prepared by the hosts, featuring local products and vegetables from the garden. You can enjoy hiking, walking and cycling on the Avenue Verte or visit the medieval village of Gerberoy, which is 19 km away. Rouen is 1-hour drive away, Paris is 2 hour-drive away, and they are both accessible by train. Please note that all requests or bookings made between the 5 to 12 October will be replied to starting the 13 October. Please note that all payments are taken on arrival either by cash or cheque.
