You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We are sure that you will enjoy our prime location at an unbeatable price. Between August 1st and Nov. 30th the roof is being replaced. Workers will be present between the hours of 7am and 6pm on weekdays when weather allows. You can expect variable amounts of noise during this time. Allow us to thank you again for staying with us at The Grove; we have taken pains to adjust our rates accordingly to supplement the inconvenience of the renovation work.
