The Paddock Straw Bale Luxury Holiday House

Metre thick walls are a feature of the Straw Bale construction of this building. Things like the niches in the hallway and bathrooms really had to be thought about in the construction, as did the position of the power points. We were probably surprised at how wet the building was initially, but now it is dry and cosy. Guests often comment on the good sleep they have and this is because of the way this building breathes. Located in Arthurs Point, The Paddock Straw Bale Luxury Holiday House features 2 bedrooms, a log burning fire and lovely gardens. Guests enjoy free WiFi and free private parking. This air-conditioned villa features an open-plan living area with cathedral ceilings, an honesty panel where you can see the straw bales, a log burner, a sofa suite and a HD TV. There are 2 outdoor seating areas as well as a BBQ and chiminea. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full laundry facilities, a 6-person dining setting and kitchenware is provided. Queenstown is 4.4 km from The Paddock Straw Bale Luxury Holiday House, while Wanaka is 49 km from the property.
