In summer you can go hiking, play golf at the Golf Club kitzbühel, which is 4 km away or enjoy bathing in the Schwarzsee Lake, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the amount of EUR 150, the security deposit mentioned under Hotel Policies, applies to the entire chalet and not per room in the chalet.
