Le Vieux Port Apartments

Le Vieux Port Apartments is located in the old port district of Cannes, in the heart of le Suquet. It is just 500 metres from the Boulevard de la Croisette. It offers several apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms with or without terrace, and with free WiFi. Each apartment at the Cannes Immo Concept - Le Vieux Port is serviced by a lift and has kitchen. They also have a seating area. There are several restaurants and bars along the Quay Saint-Pierre, which is just 70 metres from the Le Vieux Port Apartments. The Palais des Festivals and the Convention Centre are just a 10-minute walk away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Le Vieux Port Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in is possible upon request. Guests will be required to pick up the keys from a secure box outside the agency. The secure code will be send by e-mail before arrival.
